Re-listening to Jenny's internet horror ramble, I think she doesn't really get the appeal of the backrooms. The way she immediately scoffs at the use of the word "noclip" makes it clear that she's not on the right wavelength. The backrooms is inherently a very autistic male thing. The point of the original post seems to have been to pose a hypothetical of "what if you suddenly found yourself in an empty Garry's Mod map, but for real," and it seems at least a little self-aware about the inherent silliness of the idea.
I think the term "noclip" is used both to indicate the self-awareness and to connect it to video game logic in that way. It's kind of adjacent to those silly /v/ hypotheticals where they ask "How far could 50 anons get if they were teleported into Super Mario 64" or something like that. That's also why the backrooms naturally develops levels and monsters and hazards and stuff.
I also feel like she kind of confirmation biases her way through the backrooms wiki entries. They're not particularly well-written, but they don't actually have much of the "blase scientist man" tone that she complains about. They're mostly just written in a tone that tries to sound dry and technical.
I think another aspect of the backrooms that's very autistic male appealing is the whole idea of trying to map them out. Again, it's like if you found a portal into a seemingly endless video game level in another dimension and tried to explore it as thoroughly as possible. The thing is, most backrooms content makes it clear that the backrooms can never be fully explored or understood. They'll just keep extending forever in all directions, which gives it a sort of cosmic horror appeal as well. We (well, autistic males at least) want to understand it, but it keeps defying logic and getting away from us no matter how well we think we understand it.
Jenny seems to just ignore this and assume that expanding upon the backrooms concept means demystifying it, when in reality it's the opposite. It further adds to the incomprehensible nature of the backrooms because no matter how hard you try to understand it, no matter how much scientific methodology you apply to it, you're still just as lost as the moment you first saw those yellow corridors. It's that endless struggle between the autistic male brain's desire to understand and categorize and the incomprehensible nature of the backrooms that makes it compelling.
